In June 2020, Fayemi’s administration partnered with West Blue Consulting to deliver a COVID-19 response portal as part of broader digital governance initiatives. This same partnership was extended to support the development of the state's Land Geographic Information System (LGIS).

By October 2021, during the administration's third-anniversary celebrations, the LGIS project was reported to be at over 70% completion. The system was designed to include digital land title registration and search, electronic payment of land fees, integration with the state's revenue collection system and mapping of all government-owned lands.

However, full implementation and statewide rollout may not have been completed before Fayemi left office in October 2022. The project required significant data capture and community sensitisation, which were not in place during his tenure.
